This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious person that is looking to work closely with the 4 serial entrepreneurs behind i/o and to meet up with tons of other ceo/founders in a casual environment. An ideal candidate is someone that enjoys working with entrepreneurs, is self-motivated, organizes memorable events, is super friendly, and will do some cold calls.
So what is involved? You will be helping the i/o partners in executing their unique startup accelerator program. This could mean anything from helping us organize a visit by a fortune 500 CEO, to cold calling a potential partner for one of the i/o companies. The bulk of the work will be in helping promote i/o, reaching out to campuses around the nation and helping organize events that run the gamut from a founders bar night, a snowboarding offsite, to q&a panels with leading vc's and demo days.
In exchange, you'll get access to the mentors and great folks that come through the doors of i/o. In addition you'll gain valuable experience in what it takes to run a startup and go from nothing to launch. Essentially you'll be part of i/o in its own startup stages.
